Thank you for your interest in one of our pups. Please fill out this application and return to me through email as an attachment. This application will help us make our decision as to whether or not to place one of our babies with your family.

2. Have you done research about this breed?
3. Have you ever had a bulldog yourself?
4. Please list the breeds you have owned and currently own.
5. How many pets do you have now? Please include age and breed also.
6. Names and ages of the family members living in your household. If you have small children, have they ever had any experience with dogs?
7. What type of area do you reside in? (rural, suburban, city)
8. Do you have a fenced in home? If you live in an apartment, please provide your landlord’s contact information so we can confirm that pets are accepted.
9. Have you ever bred a litter of pups?
10. What do you plan on doing with your puppy while you are not at home?
11. Have you ever re-homed one of your dogs?
12. Have you ever lost a dog?
13. Please list the name, address, and phone number of your current vet. If you do not have a current vet, please list a previous vet.
14. Are you a Bulldog Club of America member? If not, do you have any interest in joining?
15. What activities do you plan on doing with your dog?
16. Will you agree to keep us updated on the puppy’s progress health wise and also keep us updated with pictures on a regular basis?
17. If you ever decide that you cannot keep your puppy, you MUST notify us before the dog is placed. Will you agree to this?
18. Puppies purchased as pets will be sold on a spay or neuter contract with limited registration. The pup must be spayed or neutered by 12 mo. of age, at which point we will need to see proof from your Vet that the procedure was completed and then the AKC registration papers will be mailed to you.
